I once saw it at Gramedia in PekanBaru

I found it is hard to understand the slang language especially when you are having a conversation /heh
but when they come to text
they become easier to understand

nothing better - I think it's like the shortened form of nothing is better. Like you're saying you're the best and no one's better. So, if you want to say "tidak lebih baik", it's "not better".
and just another wrong word for the wrong tenses.
use ' (apostrophe), not ` (grave accent).
Not R'n'B, but R 'n B, or the usual R&B.

don't worry, u can use this English SMS lang. it ain't big deal.
but in school or work, you should use the proper English of course.
